The pork was juicy with an awesome crackling, meat to salad ratio was perfect IMO and the bread was crispy but didn't cut the roof of my mouth and airy without being hollow 👌!! $8 in this economy for such a solid lunch is great.

The roll itself alone is such a beautiful, thin crispy on outside airy in centre as banh mi rolls are meant to be, then the Viet pork cold cuts are fresh and the standard fillings are plentiful but.
